The Study & Stay PEI program is excited to offer international students a 8 month program of activities and events around career support, immigration pathways and volunteering.

Eligibility

To apply for the Study & Stay PEI program, you must be:

1. An international student.
2. Enrolled at (a) the Collège de l’Île, (b) Holland College or (c) the University of Prince Edward Island.
3. In your final year of study.

If you meet all three criteria, then we encourage you to apply for the Study & Stay PEI program.

If you have just started your course or are in the middle of your studies, you cannot apply for the Study & Stay PEI program at this time.

Application Process

The application process is not complicated, the steps are outlined below.

1. To open the Application Form, click on “Apply” in the menu bar above and navigate to “Application Form”. Click on the link to access the application form and answer all the questions.
2. Submit your application form.

Selection Process

All the applications are reviewed by the Government of PEI together with the post-secondary institutions and program staff. If you have been selected, you will receive an email from the Study & Stay PEI program staff.

Accepting Your Place

In the invitation from the Study & Stay PEI office you will be asked to either accept or decline the place being offered. Please think carefully before accepting a place, the program can be quite demanding and you will need to participate in multiple activities in order to graduate. 

If you accept a place on the Study & Stay PEI program we will invite you to attend the Orientation Conference which take place in late September every year.
