The opportunity to connect with a working professional enables them to explore their career opportunities, skills they need to develop, and identify their strengths and weaknesses. In 2024-25, we had the highest number of student applicants and volunteer mentors.

The mentorship program runs from January to June each year. During this time, the students are required to meet with their mentor at least four times and fill out a mentor meeting log after each meeting. There is positive feedback on the mentorship program and below are some of our student testimonials:

Most of our mentors are Study & Stay Alumni, and they are the perfect fit for our students as they can guide and support the students through their firsthand, lived experiences on the challenges they can anticipate down the road.
